The entire philosophy of this program is to coach, guide and empower your to develop life-long skills, by taking daily actionable small steps, steps so small that you cannot fail!

In other words, as daughters of the precious and almighty God, as we grow to love ourselves and trust deeply in God, without indulgence nor selfishness, we can then become more and more loving toward others, tap into our skills and fruits of the spirit, and fulfill our true vocation in Christ.

My goal as a spiritual care life coach is simple: to walk alongside with you and assist you toward your goals. That is not to say that it will not require work. You know it will take hard work, but this is work towards something that is very meaningful to you, and I am honored about the possibility to walk along YOUR journey!

• DIRECT COACHING - 30 sessions. Through our 1:1 spiritual care life coaching sessions you receive highly specialized guidance and coaching toward your goals.
• LEARNING - you have instant access to the HeaRT - Online Learning Portal Back-end, with mini-courses, videos, and handouts to support your transformation.
• CONNECTION & DIRECT SUPPORT  - direct access to me not only during sessions but also in between our sessions as needed, through the  JOURNEY TS - Online Coaching Portal;  this has been a game changer for all my clients in this program.
• DAILY INSPIRATION - access (at your own pace) to 'WAKE UP TO YOUR SOUL'  with short inspirations, a bible verse, contemplation  & journaling prompt if interested. 
• ACCOUNTABILITY -Session Notes, HW ('Heart Work') and Worksheets to keep track of progress, based on your needs
• ASSIGNMENTS - each session together we decide on personalized Assignments and Worksheets to support and empower you to take small steps every day toward your goals, steps so small that you cannot fail. 
• ACTIONS - like 'Martha.' I will guide you and empower you to take specific action-oriented steps toward your goals.
• CONTEMPLATION -like 'Mary.' You will have access to Contemplative Practices to support you in accessing the 'peace that surpasses all understanding.'
• PRAYER - everything is centered in living a prayerful life in Christ, integrating life and work, and living the sacredness of God in every moment.
• COMMUNITY - when timing is right for you and if you are interested, you can request access the MICC - Myrrh-bearing In Christ Community with Group Coaching, which is  free of charge for the duration of your program! You and I will discuss to see if you are interested and decide when the time is right for you.
