Why Daily? If we make changes too abruptly, there is usually a backlash from our subconscious. Small but consistent steps take care of this pitfall.

So I encourage you to take small steps every day, as in time our brain changes and creates new pathways and connections, which then reflect in the choices we make and in the way we show up in the world.

Plus, without constant nurturance, we lose focus and old good habits lose their potency!
