82 | Empowering (And Easy) Steps to Create Time in Your Life for God and Your Regeneration
I often hear from many Christian women that I talk with that they find themselves "not having enough time." It is a common challenge we face as we pour our hearts into serving others, sometimes neglecting to give ourselves the same level of attention and care.
Many times we eagerly wait for the weekends, hoping for a chance to recharge, only to find them slip away too quickly, leaving us with the Monday blues once again.
During the moments of free time, it can be tricky to find the most effective way to regenerate and connect with God.
The reality is that, if we stop to think about this, on a fundamental level, we all have the same 24 hours in a day.
And how we choose to spend these hours ultimately comes down to our choices and priorities.
The good news is that there are STEPS we can take to INTENTIONALLY 'create' time in our lives for God and for our own personal growth and regeneration.
Drawing from my own professional and personal experiences of having gone through two burnouts, I can completely relate to this situation.
And in this episode, I am excited to share with you three empowering steps that you can take TODAY, steps that are surprisingly easy, allowing you to carve out time for God and for your regeneration.
