254 | Rest for Your Body: A Guided Christian Contemplation for Busy Women of Faith
*Do NOT drive or operate machinery during this Contemplative practice*
Here is a quick Christian restorative contemplative practice to help you reset as you enter into the weekend.
Rooted in Matthew 11:28 - 30, today's guided practice helps you receive God’s light, renewal, and gentle yoke of love from head to toe - offering deep replenishment in the midst of your full days and busy lives.
*When participating in such practices, do not multi-task, drive, or operate machinery.
Instead, find a quiet space and sit or lie down and enjoy the practice.*
In this Restorative Practice, together we will:
☀️ Reduce the noise of the outside world for 10 minutes by turning your focus inward to God's word.
☀️ Fill your hearts, minds, souls and bodies with good intentions based on God's truth.
☀️ Experience for a few moments the "peace that surpasses all understanding".
Are you needing a small break or a moment of rest? Listen now and join me.
