Living Waters Contemplation for Christian Women

Are you tired, stressed and/or burned out, caught in the 'whirlwind' of your daily life as you give, serve and lead others in Christ? Wondering if you could truly relax for a few moments and be filled with that peace that surpasses all understanding and connection with God?

I don't know about you, but if I just take a break of 10-15 minutes it is not always that easy to quiet my mind, body and/or emotions in order to connect deeply with God.

But it's not impossible.

So today, I have an encouragement (and gift) for you, as I guide you through another Contemplative Practice so that you can take a breather and be in the presence of the Word of God.

It is geared to help you tap into your peaceful awareness gifted to all of us by God and stay present with a Bible Verse.

Now, I will not be there with you when you listen to this, so always remember to:

1. Sit down and do NOT operate cars, etc (any type of machines).

2. Always use your wisdom and judgment while you listen to this (or ANY) contemplative practice.

This is why I always like to explain what will happen in the practice beforehand, so you can discern!
