You might think that burnout happens only for some people, or only in extreme situations,
but do you know when are we in most danger to slide toward burnout? It's when we are feeling great!

When we are feeling great, we tend to then overextend ourselves and take on multiple things at once only to feel overwhelmed and running on empty after a few weeks, or months, or years.

What's more surprising is that burnout doesn't come with bells and whistles, so it's possible that you might not notice burnout it until it's happening.
