Can Intentional Awareness help in Preventing Burnout?

Interview with Liz Munns - Somatic Experiencing  & Meditation Practitioner

As we work daily on our phones or computers- it is easy to lose track of our bodies and switch into fight or flight mode. How can we ground ourselves back and stay self-regulated and access compassion? Can Intentional Awareness affect our well-being?

In this Renewal Conversation video, meet our special guest Liz Munns. In our conversation, Liz brings inspiring and practical nuggets from her life journey and wealth of trainings and experiences as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Meditation Practitioner and Psychotherapist.
