How to Set Intentions for the New Year

achieving highest potential sustaining wholesome habits time in renewal
setting new year intentions

by Dr. Ioana Popa

It can be exciting to set intentions and goals at the beginning of the year, but for many people it is tricky to actually follow through with them. This is especially true for Givers, who are pouring their lives and energy into helping others, so they might have little bandwidth for their own projects.

And after a few months, looking back and realizing they weren’t able to do much, they might feel bad and start doubting their abilities!

Some people might even avoid setting goals all together!

And this does not have to be this way. If you have ever experienced this, you are not alone. In fact many people go through this, but of course, no one wants to announce it on social media!

In this short video - I bring a simple tool to help you plan for the next year in an organic way, using psychology and the wisdom of Christian traditions.

Happy New Year!

Here is to your daily regeneration so that you can keep on giving for the betterment of humanity!
