Oftentimes, whether at work or at home, as a parent, a spouse, friend or co-worker, we feel like we need to perform a certain way, to please others, or perhaps, be perfect.

Thoughts like these constantly occupy our consciousness, perhaps distracting us, when all we really want is to complete the task at hand.

This is exhausting!

So then, how do we establish a sense of peace with all of the "noisy thoughts" going through our brains?
