2 Mindset Upgrades To Avoid Burnout and Keep On Giving

by Dr. Ioana Popa

Many compassionate human beings find themselves in situations where they are asked to do too much, or they voluntarily pick up doing much more, as others in their team, family, community might do less.

While giving to others and doing what we are passionate about can be rewarding, it can sometimes become exhausting and overwhelming. When we do TOO MUCH, we might lose our balance and end up in burnout.

But there is HOPE! We are not stuck with doing 'too much'. There is a way we can be committed to giving and changing the world WITHOUT burnout!

In this video I bring awareness of 2 psychological phenomena:
1. a group dynamic which can keep us in the 'Cycle of doing too much'
2. a particular way of learning, which can give us some hope that change is possible in others.

Knowing them, can help us with 2 conditioned mindsets - old stories we say to ourselves in the back of our mind.

And lastly, in this video I bring practical tips on how to set healthy boundaries around giving or work avoid burnout, while we are still doing what we love and give to others!
