Rhythm and Habits

As we step into January, I want to pause with you - not to add more goals, but to ask some deeper questions:

- How can you implement successfully rhythms and habits that sustain you so that you can keep on going?

- How can you stay on course, not just in your work, family and church life, but in your personal renewal and spiritual life?

- And how can you keep your Renewal Intentions set at the beginning of the year?

Most likely, you don’t lack discipline and you don’t lack faith.

And yet it is likely that many habits meant to renew you, like prayer, rest, movement, and reflection, have felt harder to sustain than they should.

Today we are starting a 4-part Friday miniseries on Rhythm and Habits to help you gently shift that pattern - not by asking you to try harder, but by helping you align more wisely with how God designed your mind, body, and soul.

In this episode, you will learn about:
☀️ Why many renewal practices fail.
☀️ How the brain reinforces habits through identity filters.
☀️ The key process to achieve sustainable transformation.
☀️ How God invites us to renew and co-create change, with the Holy Spirit, from the inside out.
