Does God Wants Us To Thrive?

Is there hope in chronic stress and irreversible conditions? How do we keep our joy and zest for life? Where is Christ in the suffering?

Last week, I shared an inspirational story about a Christian woman overcoming blindness and her connection to God leading her to a life of gratitude and fulfillment.

Today, I have the honor to share with you the recent health journey of Cynthia Damaskos, and how she overcame it. You might know her already from my previous interviews.

Cynthia is a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, specializing in Amino Acid Therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD, alcoholism and drug abuse, plus functional blood chemistry analysis.

Cynthia shares in this Renewal Conversation her foundational tips that kept her grounded and moving into hope as she continues to serve others in Christ.

✨ Her favorite bible verse inspiring her life is: "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
