In this episode, our very special guest Cynthia Damaskos, a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, talks about her journey as a GIVER and how she help others in keeping their body healthy through self-care, healthy eating, supplements, etc.

She also shares her own daily renewal rhythms on body, mind, heart, soul level and how she applies her knowledge in her daily personal regeneration!

🍵 Cynthia is certified as a Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is an internationally known health coach - she helps people with chronic illness who want to change their weight and lifestyle in conjunction with their health team.
🍵 Her background in public speaking and passion for living a healthy and Christ centered life have propelled her to help others realize their potential.
🍵 Along with her private coaching practice, she is the author of The Holistic Christian Woman, leads women’s wellness workshops, speaks at conferences, and holds retreats.
